Our client is now seeking a Design and Build Manager / Design Co-ordinator to take responsibility for the design process of an £18M new build school in North West London. The duration of the project is 18 months on a Design and Build Contract. The project involves the demolition of an existing school and the new build of a civic centre and school. Design and Build Manager / Design Co-ordinator will report into site based Project Manager. Our client is looking for a Design and Build Manager / Design Co-ordinator with experience of working on education projects up to £25M. The Design and Build Manager / Design Co-ordinator must have at least 15 yearsâ experience in the industry, 10 of which with a main contractor. Company to Provide Design, Engineering, Installation, Testing and Commissioning Services at the San Diego International Airport
MCLEAN, VA /PRNewswire/ ~~ Science Applications International Corporation (SAIC) (NYSE: SAI) announced today it was awarded a contract by Turner PCL Flatiron to provide design, engineering, installation, testing, and commissioning services of the security systems for the San Diego County Regional Airport Authority. The design-build contract has a 30-month period of performance and a value of $20 million.
The San Diego Airport Authority works to improve the efficiency, safety, and security of operations, while managing day-to-day activities and addressing the region’s long-term air transportation needs. Under the contract, SAIC will provide design-build services for security, network, and building and maintenance management systems.
